P. T. Nilsen Construction Corp, Inc. is a second generation, family owned construction company based in Brewster, NY. P. T. Nilsen was established in 1972 specializing in the remodeling and building of exquisite, custom homes in New York and Connecticut. David Nilsen has been the principal owner since 1995. He prides himself in being a builder with a vast array of experience in all different types of homes.

P. T. Nilsen Construction Corp has restored and renovated homes built as early as 1760 through the early 1800’s and 1900’s up to modern homes of today. This has been beneficial because it allows for the ability to see what in early construction has lasted through time and improve upon it with today’s materials and applications.
